- Q. How long does it take to complete a slideshow?
- A. Slideshows generally take about 10 business days from the time we receive your media.

- Q. May I purchase more DVDs after I receive my order?
- A. Yes. We archive your project files and can easily make duplicates for you.

- Q. How much do Documentaries cost?
- A. Documentaries are much more complex to edit and produce, so each project is priced based on various factors such as length of video, number of on-camera interviews/subjects, etc. Contact us for a free quote.

- Q. May I choose the music?
- A. Of course! Music can be burned to CD or emailed to us. AAC, AIFF, MP3, or Apple Lossless formats are preferred.

- Q. How long does it take to complete a documentary?
- A. Documentaries can range from two to six months, depending on length and complexity of the project.

- Q. What about using copyrighted music?
- A. If you own the music, using it for a personal video is included in your right of fair use. Please note that if your video will be broadcast to a widespread audience, we must use a royalty-free source of music.

- Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
- A. We use Paypal, which allows you to pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or direct bank transfer. Personal checks are acceptable, but must clear before project is delivered. A return fee of $35 will be charged for returned checks.

- Q. What type of equipment do you use?
- A. We shoot on-camera interviews and sports/event footage using Canon XL-2 3CCD digital video cameras. Post-production editing and content is completed using Final Cut Studio suite, which includes Final Cut Pro, Motion, Soundtrack Pro, and DVD Studio Pro.

- Q. Do you accept monthly payments?
- A. No. We require a 50% deposit up front, with the remainder due upon completion of your project. We can send multiple invoices so you can split the cost between family members when producing a personal history documentary.
